I know this must be annoying, but Blogger Beta software mangles navbar code, and Blogger Classic is no longer offered, so there doesn't seem to be a working alternative to doing this. I'd write to support, but when was the last time you saw support do anything better than handhold, anywhere? Just click here and it will soon all be over.
